(live chat) When looking for advice and consultancy on urological issues or diseases in normal life, it may take you a lot of time. We have set up this site to serve you in a virtual environment in order for you to better use your time.

The goal of the HPS team is to make the process as easy and simple as possible so you can focus on the best possible urological information, awareness, consultation and advice. The reports we provide to you will include the experience of doctors and consultants in the light of the current literature.

HPS was founded by Ali AYYILDIZ Inter Consultancy Ltd in England and Wales and all rights are reserved.  Its representative, Chief Advisor, Chief Coordinator is Prof. Dr. Ali  AYYILDIZ

 

Appointment ( will be put into service later)

If you wish, we will take your appointments on your behalf. We are currently working on the appointment system. A dedicated booking team will be available to manage your appointments. 7/24 service will be provided. The doctor you wish to make an appointment with or the doctor we recommend to you will be shown on the map. The different subspecialties of our consultants will be listed and your appointments will be suggested according to this system. When you check the ‘Make an Appointment’ option, urologists and other consultants registered to our system will be visible to you on the map.

Insurance

At the moment we are not working with any insurance company. We are in talks with insurance companies in the countries we serve. When the agreement is reached, you will be informed here on the website, and our patients or individuals who are registered on the website and the system by e-mail.

 

Fees and Payment

When you check the service you require, you will see the payment page.

We aim to make the payment as simple as possible for you. Payments will be made through payment systems on our website such as Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express credit cards, debit cards, Paypal. If you have come across any problems, or if you have questions, you can receive information via e-mail or live chat.

 

Consultancy

After the payment page, you will be asked to submit briefly your complaints, self and family history and the information, documents  in your possession to our system. You will be notified if this information is missing or if additional documents are required. The information and documents will be evaluated by the chief coordinator and sent to the consultants when they are uploaded without any problems and are considered complete. Reports from the consultants will be reviewed by coordinators or chief coordinator, current literature information will be added and final report will be made. Reports are not binding. It is only for informative and advisory purposes.
